Your creations should be yours to use. This page explains, in plain terms, what you can do with content you generate on x-rush.ai, what the plans change and what they don't, and how watermarks work. One framing note up front: this page describes current product behavior, and the Terms of Service remain the binding document for legal questions.
Who Owns What
You own the content you generate. Output is yours to use, including commercially and without attribution, the same on every plan. What the platform keeps is the service itself, the Community entries you choose to publish, and the infrastructure; your private project results, downloads, and media library are yours.
What the Plans Change (and What They Don't)
The plans today are Free, Lite, and Pro. What a plan changes is capacity: daily credit refills versus monthly credit balances (5 a day on Free, 300 a month on Lite at $15, 800 and up on Pro from $29), how many tasks run at once (1, 2, and 3 respectively), credit-pack discounts (20% off on Lite, 50% off on Pro), and priority support on Pro.
What a plan does not change is your rights. There is no plan tier that buys extra licensing, and no plan that restricts your commercial use of what you generated. There is also no API tier: the platform does not offer a public API, so no rights document should be read as granting one. If a future enterprise arrangement ever exists, it will be documented here and in the Terms, not implied by a plan card.
Watermarks and Public Copies
Private workspace results and your own downloads carry no brand watermark on every plan, including Free. The x-rush.ai watermark belongs to public delivery copies: when content is published to Community or delivered as a shareable public version, that public copy is branded. Keep it private and it stays clean; publish it and the public copy carries the mark. Removing your work from Community is always your call.
What "AI-Assisted" Means
When you create with x-rush.ai, you are the author. The AI executes your intent, similar to a camera or any other creative tool. The creativity and the decisions are yours; that is what the rights above attach to.
Content We Don't Allow
Regardless of plan:
- Illegal content of any kind
- Harmful or deceptive content
- Content infringing third-party IP
- Misleading deepfakes
- Disinformation campaigns
Attribution
No attribution required. Your work is yours without crediting x-rush.ai, though shoutouts are appreciated.
