Your content is yours. This page states, concretely, how x-rush.ai handles it: what is encrypted, what we commit to, what you can export and delete, and what the plans cover. It is a description of current behavior, not a certification; the formal legal terms live in the Terms of Service.
Data Encryption
All data is protected with industry-standard encryption:
- In Transit — TLS 1.3 encryption for all data transfers
- At Rest — AES-256 encryption for stored data
- Backups — Encrypted backup storage
Privacy Commitments
- No Third-Party Sharing — Your data is never sold or shared
- No Training on User Data — Your content isn't used to train AI models
- Data Isolation — Strict tenant isolation in multi-user environments
- User Control — You can review, export, and delete your data from account settings
Your Data Rights
You can access, export, and delete your data through the product itself, and you can ask for the same things through support. Two boundaries matter when you exercise them:
- Deletion is immediate and permanent. A deleted generation result is removed with no recycle bin and no recovery path, so double-check before confirming. Projects, workspaces, and results you delete take their history with them.
- Export covers your content. Results you generated can be downloaded from the project they live in at any time; published Explore entries keep their own snapshots and must be unpublished separately.
Where the law gives you rights over your data (access, portability, deletion), these self-serve tools are how you exercise them on x-rush.ai. Nothing on this page should be read as a compliance certification; the binding documents are the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
Plans and Protections
The plans today are Free, Lite, and Pro, and the protections on this page apply to every plan equally: the same encryption, the same isolation, the same data rights. There is no separate enterprise tier with additional guarantees, and no plan buys a different level of data handling. A plan changes credits, concurrency, and watermarking, nothing about how your data is treated.
